I grew up in Georgia, U.S.
Deconstructed from a southern baptist christian religious and conservative political upbringing. Just kept traveling up the east coast until I hit Philadelphia.
Gosh, it’s an awesome city. Visit if you get the chance.
Fyi, don’t expect me to knock your socks off with what I write… or maybe do. I may surprise you.
I didn’t realize ‘till I hit almost-middle age that once you reconcile all the stuff that came before in your life, you can feel pretty free, light even.
More to come. I’ll write on what’s going on in the world from the perspective of someone who escaped and forged their own way out of America’s perfidious religious and political dogma, what designers are facing with the advent of AI, and touch on how to stay sharp and upbeat in these bonkers times.
